Good luck also to Harlow L and Aaliyah who will be attending the Metropolitan East Girls Rugby League Trials next week.

• RIBBONS will be awarded to 1^ST, 2^ND AND 3^RD PLACE GETTERS for Prep-Year 2 students and Competitive races. PARTICIPATION points are awarded to all participants.  Points will also be award to students who come a place in the Social races.
• Parents/carers and families are most welcome to attend. You may like to bring a chair. Students may wear their house colour shirt on this day.
• Families are requested to please spectate from the designated spectators area.
• PLEASE NOTE – Placing on the day of the Carnival for 10-12 year old students does not guarantee District Team Selection.

EXCITING NEWS FOR JOSHUA B

In January, Joshua was selected to play in a 5 day tennis camp at the Australian Open Tennis along with another 64 male and female players born in 2014.  Patrick Rafter, Lleyton Hewitt and Joshua's peers were instrumental in selecting Joshua to attend the Tennis Hall of Fame in Newport Rhode Island for the induction of Maria Sharapova and the Brian Brothers.  Josh and his Dad will attend the event for a week of celebrations where Josh will be surrounded by tennis champions past and present.  He will also have the pleasure of hitting with some of the legends of the sport on the US Open tennis court.  Congratulations Josh!
