PBL Focus Weeks 7 and 8 – Right Place, Right Time

Our focus for the next two weeks is:

Wondall Learners are SAFE when they are in the Right Place at the Right Time.

The objective of this focus is to:

• Provide a shared understanding of the out of bounds areas of our school.
• To see and understand why a knowledge of these areas keeps students safe.
• To decrease the number of occasions students are in out of bounds areas.

In class students will explore these concepts through brain storming activities and class discussions.

Class discussion would explicitly cover the following points:

• The meaning of ‘out of bounds’
• What it looks like?
• Where are they in our community?
• Why do we have these areas in our school to keep us safe.?
• Where are these out of bounds areas in our school?
• Who can you ask if unsure of where out of bounds areas are located?
